1. Health & Fitness
• I am physically and mentally fit to participate in trekking activities.
• I do not have any medical condition that may put me at risk during the trek.
• I have informed the organizers about any existing medical issues, allergies, or medications.

2. Risk Acknowledgement
• I understand that trekking involves natural risks such as uneven terrain, weather changes, altitude issues, injuries, or accidents.
• I agree to participate at my own responsibility and will follow all safety instructions given by the organizers and guides.

3. Safety Rules
• I will stay with the group and not wander alone.
• I will carry the required personal medicines.
• I will avoid alcohol, smoking, or any harmful substances during the trek.
• I will respect wildlife, nature, and follow the “Leave No Trace” principle.

4. Emergency & Medical Consent
• In case of illness or injury, I authorize the organizers to arrange first aid, medical treatment, or evacuation if required.
• I understand that medical or rescue expenses, if any, may need to be borne by me or my guardian.

5. Liability Waiver
• I agree that the organizers, guides, and volunteers shall not be held responsible for any injury, loss, accident, or damage occurring during the trek.
