The Eye donation program was launched in 2018 by ABTYP to provide grief counseling to the family of the deceased and also to encourage them to donate with a more planned approach. ABTYP EYE DONATION program has stimulated more than 3000 corneal donations in more than 20 states of the country. This event has changed people's perspective regarding eye donation, who eventually decided to donate their eyes after death. It just requires proper knowledge, decision-making ability, and cooperation on the part of family members which is made easy by the young and energetic counselors and co-ordinators of TERAPANTH YUVAK PARISHAD, under the guidance of ABTYP. The branches have shown a tremendous dedication towards influencing society by donating the eyes of their family members.
